Private training is available to youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.
We work with athletes one-on-one to improve explosive strength, sprint mechanics, top-end speed, acceleration out of blocks, and three-point starts. Sessions train athletes to improve their 40-yard dash time.
Kayvan Aminzadeh leads all private training sessions and builds custom programs for each athlete to meet their objectives of fitness, speed, agility, or explosiveness.
